This deadly showdown game is packed with gun-slinging bonus features. The DuelReels mechanic includes expanding symbols, while the other three features offer free spins, sticky wilds and multipliers, as explained below:
DuelReels
This is the first game from Hacksaw Gaming to feature its DuelReels mechanic. Landing VS symbols triggers the feature. The VS symbols expand into wild reels if they form part of a winning combination.
When the reel expands, two outlaws battle it out in a duel. Each outlaw has a multiplier, and you will be awarded the multiplier of the outlaw who wins the duel. If you land more than one expanded VS symbol, the multipliers will be added and multiplied with the line wins.
The possible multipliers are 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 6x, 7x, 8x, 9x, 10x, 20x, 25x, 50x, and 100x.
If one VS symbol lands on every reel, the whole grid will be treated as a wild. The VS symbols can appear in the base game, as well as the Duel at Dawn bonus feature.
Duel at Dawn
The Duel at Dawn bonus feature will be triggered if three or more Duel scatter symbols land during the base game. You’ll be awarded ten free spins.
VS symbols can land during the free spins, meaning the DuelReels mechanic can come into play.
Dead Man’s Hand
The Dead Man's Hand feature is triggered if three or more Dead scatter symbols land during the base game. This feature has two phases.
During the first phase, the aim is to collect as many wilds and multipliers as possible. The wilds are collected above the reels to the left, and the multipliers are collected on the right.
Every time a wild or multiplier is collected, the number of free spins is reset to three. The collect phase ends when there are three non-winning spins in a row.
The second phase is the ‘Showdown’ phase. Three free spins are awarded at the beginning of the phase. Each spin will have several collected wilds applied to the grid, and all wins will then be multiplied by the collected total multiplier.
The Great Train Robbery
This feature will be triggered when three or more Train Robbery scatter symbols land. You’ll be awarded ten free spins, and wilds will become sticky for the duration of the feature.
