Megaways Engine & Horizontal Reel
The game uses a Megaways reel set originally designed by Big Time Gaming, allowing for variable paylines on every spin. The number of symbols on each reel can vary between 2 and 7, leading to as many as 200,704 paylines. The number of paylines active on each spin is displayed in the box next to the reels.
The game’s wild symbols only appear on the horizontal reel, which sits along the top of reels 2, 3, 4, and 5, and spins in time with the regular reels.
Tumbles
Tumbles occur following a winning spin in the base game. All symbols involved in the win explode from the reels, and new symbols tumble down from above to fill the spaces. If another winning combo is formed, the process will repeat.
Hold and Win Bonus Game
Landing any combination of six bonus symbols will trigger the Hold and Win feature, a respins feature in which you have the chance to win the jackpot prizes displayed on the Special Strike Nuggets.
Your triggering bonus symbols are locked in place, with all regular symbols greyed out. You are awarded three respins, which are reset each time a new bonus symbol lands and locks in place.
The round ends when no more respins remain or every reel position is filled with bonus symbols. All bonus prizes on the reels are then collected and awarded, including the jackpot values from Special Strike Nuggets, which are valued as follows:
