Riptide 

Under each of the five base game reels, you’ll find spaces for riptide symbols. The first reel on the left has one space, the second reel has two spaces, the third reel has three spaces, the fourth reel has four spaces, and the fifth reel has five spaces. 

Whenever a riptide symbol lands on the reels, it’s collected under its reel. When all the reel’s riptide spaces have been filled, you’ll be awarded a riptide wild stack. The stack appears on the next spin. 

If a riptide wild stack is awarded to a reel that already contains a wild stack, a 2x multiplier is added. If the reel already has a stack with a 2x multiplier, another 1x multiplier is added. This continues up to a maximum of 5x. 

When the game begins, you’ll start with one riptide space filled on reels two, three, and four. Two spaces will be filled on reel five. 

Bonus Booster 

You’ll find the four bonus booster fishermen above the reels. The first fisherman is unlocked at the start of the game. The fishermen come into play during the fishing bonus feature, where they help you catch fish.  

Under the four fishermen, you’ll see a progress bar. Every time a fishing bonus symbol lands, it fills part of the progress bar. When the progress bar is filled, a bonus fisherman will be unlocked. 

Fishing Bonus 

When you land three fishing bonus symbols on one spin during the base game, the bonus will be awarded. At the start of the game, you’ll be transported to an underwater scene. The scene is full of fish of different sizes.  

The aim is for the fishermen to catch as many fish as possible. The fishermen are carried over from the bonus booster progress bar in the base game. So, one to four fishermen will be active.  

Each fisherman gets three chances to catch a fish, and they take turns to reel in prizes. Each time a fisherman catches a fish, the number of chances resets to three. If the fisherman fails to catch a fish after three attempts, he will disappear and be replaced by the next active fisherman.
