Opening the game takes you to a 5x3 reel set surrounded by a traditional Monopoly board. A single-row feature reel spins at the top, displaying various Monopoly cards. Your game controls are at the bottom of the reels.
To set your wager, use the plus and minus buttons that appear to either side of where your STAKE is displayed. When satisfied, hit the yellow spin button to start your game.
Monopoly Cash is King Symbols & Payouts
Reel symbols include clusters of houses and hotels, as well as various player pieces and symbols from the original Hasbro game.
There are two bonus symbols on the main reels: Mr. Monopoly and a gold coin wild that can appear on all reels and offers a 40x payout for hitting five on a payline.
Match three or more identical symbols on consecutive reels along paylines to score base game payouts as per the table below:

Wild Symbols
The wild symbol substitutes for all regular pay symbols to help you create winning combos and score rewards.
Mr. Monopoly
Mr. Monopoly is only present on reel five. When Mr. Monopoly lands, he collects all overlaid cash stickers in view, awarding their values between 1x and 5,000x. He also activates the feature from the card displayed on the feature reel.
Feature Reel
The feature reel sits above the main reel set, with two locked positions and one open. Only special Monopoly cards can land on the feature reel. Street cards can land on all three positions, while Community Chest and Chance cards only land in the middle.
Community Chest Card
When activated, the Community Chest opens to award one of the following features:
- Win Multiplier: A random win multiplier between 5x and 25x
- Random Wilds: Between two and four wilds are randomly added to the reels
- Wild Reels: One or two random reels will transform into wild reels
Street Card
Street cards award instant cash prizes for each house or hotel symbol present on the reels when activated:

Chance Card & Free Spins
The chance card activates the free spins bonus, awarding you with five spins. Additional free spins can be awarded during the bonus by landing the chance card.
Before the bonus starts, Mr. Monopoly moves to the middle position of the last reel and remains locked in place for the entire round. This activates the cards in the feature reel on every spin and collects the values from all cash stickers that appear.
When street cards appear in the bonus, all three feature reel positions open, awarding the prizes from the visible street cards one at a time.
Hold & Respin Bonus
Landing Mr. Monopoly together with six or more cash stickers in the base game or free spins bonus activates Hold & Respin.
The round is played on a separate reel set where only cash stickers and blanks appear. Your initial stickers are locked in place. New stickers that land during the bonus also lock and reset your respins to three. The bonus ends when no more respins remain or all positions are filled.
Second Chances
Randomly, at the end of a spin, reel five may nudge to reveal Mr. Monopoly. Or, if Mr. Monopoly hits with fewer than six cash stickers, he may add more to the reels to activate the Hold & Respins bonus.
